Position Overview

Servers at Jed’s BBQ & Brew are responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, delivering food and drinks promptly, and working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and can stay organized during busy shifts. Our servers take pride in delivering great service while working as part of a supportive and professional team environment.

This position offers the opportunity to earn tips in addition to base pay, making strong customer service skills an important part of success in this role.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience

  • Familiarity with POS systems

  • Experience handling cash and customer payments

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately

  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently

  • Answer menu questions and provide recommendations when needed

  • Monitor tables to ensure guests receive attentive service

  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately

  • Maintain clean and organized service areas

  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure order accuracy

  • Support teammates during busy service periods
